Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FounderFunnel (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. The Service

FounderFunnel uses large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to help you generate drafts and articles based on your voice and trending topics on X. We may update, change, or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your content

You own the drafts and articles you create with FounderFunnel. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the product (e.g. send your prompts to LLM providers, store drafts in our database, render them in your dashboard).

4. AI-generated content

Content generated by FounderFunnel is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, fabricated facts, or text similar to others' published work. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing anything we generate. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent rate limits.
  • Use the Service to violate X's (Twitter's) Terms of Service or any applicable law.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, content, and linked sign-in providers. You can also email sharbelayy@gmail.com for help. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDERFUNNEL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence to the extent applicable consumer-protection laws require, and otherwise by the laws of Lebanon (where the operator is based). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and, where required, notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
